Disengagement from dark Finnish winter at its best

In Finland the winters are long, cold and dark. The Finns have guts to knowingly get through the winters by entertaining and preparing ourselves for the extreme weather conditions. Although this year we didn’t get a white winter, it doesn’t stop the water temperature to drop. What would be better than spend the only moments of daylight in a lake scene, and shock ourselves by jumping into the cold lake. Better than that, getting into a nice hot tub right after the swim with your favorite beverage. Best to keep your head warm though, even your body would be warm by the tub.
